Shukran Services Tenancy Assistance

We provide transition support for those seeking a place to live, and assistance with daily activities to enable them to live as autonomously as possible


Support Care, Daily Personal Activities

We provide support for all funding categories:

Core: Core supports are designed to assist day to day living and can also be used for social, community and transport services


Daily Tasks Assistance

Our support staff assist with daily tasks in group or shared living arrangements to help individuals with special needs to live as autonomously as possible
